I'm home!! back from 3 days camp and 4 days bintan.. i'm exhausted.. but this is gonna be a super long post..
31st March.. Monday.. finished work at like 7+.. so much to finish yet I still left many things undone and left for home.. met pam.. had my dinner from her mum on the bus to school and wah lah.. hi to everyone.. many many stuff during prep camp.. then it was foc day 1.. emily and qf came!! OMG!! long long long time no see them lah!! then they telematch-ed.. and it was AnD..
we arrived at the scrabble game and I was SO happy!! cos there was foam.. we made many things with the foam.. my favourite was my mic.. and stupid qf and emily dropped me into the tub.. RAH.. then i helped them drop caryn into the tub.. it was damn fun.. and we surprised the gls.. but.. whatever.. i'm never fierce k..
walked around.. then it was showdown.. and we went to bath.. slept a bit.. then time for tanah merah ferry terminal..
3rd Apr.. day 1 bintan.. we just slept till late and had dinner at a nirwana resort restaurant called jeju restaurant.. sells korean food.. then its off to sleep again..
day 2 bintan.. it was kayaking.. tiring sia!! and we asked this counter guy to take photo for us.. note.. i didn't mention this counter guy for nothing.. see later.. anyway.. dinner was at NBC restaurant.. calamari!! pizza and chocolate cake!! my love!!
day 3 bintan.. banana boat.. supposed snorkelling but we ended up talking to that counter guy.. whose name is boy.. we talked to him for like.. 3 hrs? meanwhile tanning ourselves dark.. Boy is a very interesting guy from western sumatra.. good english.. good physique.. good geography.. LoL.. how come no singaporean is like that..
anyway.. he set a time for us to meet him that night for dinner.. so we met him at pasar oleh oleh and he took us to this hawker centre nearby and we had chicken, fish and kang kong.. he looked so intimidating that night.. apparently cos he's really tired.. finished dinner.. finished our shopping at pasar oleh oleh.. and went back to bed.. by the way.. I had my first sun burnt after the tanning that day.. first!! in twenty years!! and now I noe how much it hurts.. RAH..
day 4 bintan.. after breakfast it was sleep and pack up and nua-ing at NBC.. and talking a bit to boy.. then I got to noe this staff called dani who's still trying to learn english.. he got this damn cool english-malay dictionary.. anyway.. we just nua-ed.. and walked to mayang sari.. when it was time we went to bid farewell to Boy..
on the ferry.. we sat beside this pair of guys one of them was so badly injured.. apparently he fell off a buggy.. the buggy went over him dragged him and ripped off part of his feet.. yeap.. then it was back to singapore..
i'm already starting to miss Boy.. its amazing how we can start to know someone just by asking him to help us take a picture.. then talking and talking.. and it becomes like that.. but apparently it may be for other reasons.. right? miss chua.. LoL.. k joking..
anyway.. when it comes back to lsct.. mind you.. we were constantly asking ourselves.. what are they doing now at this time? is it going well? are they having fun? they've all really grown.. there's even surprises like ben wong and jinjie who really spoke up.. i noe i didn't play my part for them.. but i noe that my fellow gls did their job.. lsct IS a family afterall.. its a family where people watch each other grow and lend a shoulder or hand for all in need.. give support for each other whenever possible.. i seriously really really miss this family.. but guess everyone has to move on...
anyway.. its back to work tomorrow!! RAH!! i really feel like.. mc-ing for the rest of the month.. LoL...
